Orders will be placed using UPS. USPS is available as a shipping option on the next business day upon request. In-store pickup is also available.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Unused yarn in its original, saleable condition may be exchanged for store credit within 6 months of purchase. All sale yarns are final. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will receive notice of their credit with KnitWitz via E-mail.
Books, needles and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.
ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS. KNITWITZINC.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNINSURED PACKAGES.
